Padma river

The Padma river has flown over this upazila. Padma river flows through Ghatiya, Kedarpur, Charatra, Naopara, Moktar Char and Rajnagar Union under this upazila. Besides, the river Kirtinasa flowing above this upazila is derived from the river Padma. Besides, a branch of river Padma has flowed over the union of Union and Dangamanyak Union. Presently the water of the Padma river is spreading in the agricultural work of this region. Besides, a large part of the fish demand in this region is filled with this river.
